Dominion Performance Solutions (DPS), LLC is a federally verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and a Small Business Administration Certified Small Disadvantaged Business headquarters at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. DPS founding principal, Dr. Ted L. Hart is our company’s CEO. A seasoned professional; Dr. Hart holds a BA degree in Humanities and Social Sciences, an MBA with a concentration in Global Business and a Doctorate In Training and Performance Improvement.

Additionally, he graduated from following U.S. Army Command General Staff College, U.S. Army Engineer School, U.S. Force Management School, U.S. Army Logistics University, U.S. Army Soldier Support Institute and the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School.  As a former Senior Army Officer, to include a Special Liaison Officer during Operation “Safe Haven” Panama, he has over 30 years of executive management experience and is certified in Lean 6 Sigma Technology.

DPS professionals have extensive experience in the fields of Engineering, Logistics, Training Development, Contract Management Force (HR) Management, Real Estate Development and Reuse, Risk Management and Insurance. Our “Systems Theory” approach and use of “Lean 6 Sigma” methodology allow us to expeditiously solve complex issues with innovative solutions which turns performance into productivity.

Dr. Hart recognizes the responsibility he has to give back.  He mentors young military officers regularly and has volunteered as a Housing Mayor on several military installations and led neighborhood watch activities.  An active member of his church conducting weekly Bible study classes.  He also actively supports the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development-VA Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) Program.
